This guide is meant to be an introduction to a few basic integrations and tools that will help you establish your social token as an integral part of your community. We believe incorporating these pieces is a great way to set yourself up for success as a Rally creator from launch and beyond.

We hope you use this guide in conjunction with the Rally Creator Guides, which can help with walkthroughs on the nuts and bolts of operating on Rally as well as provide inspiration in the form of case studies.

Each page, or module, will have a quick overview of the topic before diving into how to set up the integration or tool, and providing a few simple use cases or utilities that you can execute within your community.

In this mini-course, we’ll cover:

• the Rally Discord bot, and ways to incorporate similar functionality without using Discord
• Bonfire’s two main functionalities, airdrops and webpages
• minting NFTs (non-fungible tokens) on Rally

Note that we’ll be using the following terminology:

• Creator: Artists, musicians, businesspeople, gamers - anyone who has a community following and provides value (content, expertise, etc.) to that group.
• Community: The people who engage with a creator’s content, material, or expertise.
• Social token: A form of cryptocurrency that represents a brand, individual, or community; the exact utility can vary depending on the network and/or creator that it represents.
• Non-fungible token (NFT): A digital asset built on the blockchain with a unique identifier allowing it to have a certificate of authenticity and ownership. Think of this as the “goods” your community can purchase with your social token.
• “$COIN”: A shorthand way to refer to a social token, which are typically called by their ticker symbol (e.g. $ALLIE, $KKCR, $PTM).
