Our Know Your Customer (KYC) process is facilitated via our payments partner, Provenance Tech (PTI). During your onboarding period, we’ll send you a link to PTI’s encrypted submission portal where you will need to supply the following information:

1. Your first and last name (the name that appears on your government-issued identification)
2. The same email address associated with your Rally.io account
3. Your physical address within the "Include a secure message" field
4. A picture of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g. driver’s license or passport for US residents, passport for non-U.S. residents)

Note: If you are doing this as an entity, PTI will follow-up with you to request entity formation documentation and additional ID verification information for anyone who owns 25%+ of the entity
